IV. Order Fulfillment and Shipping Protocols

• Territorial Scope: Deliveries are made exclusively within Hong Kong.
• Cost: We provide delivery services completely free of cost.
• Timeline: Following the 1-day processing period, transit takes 1 to 2 business days. The total duration from order to arrival is 2 to 3 business days.

In compliance with the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), we strive to meet these timelines with professional diligence. It is the responsibility of the user to provide an accurate and complete address at checkout to prevent logistical failures.

V. Order Cancellation Clause

We understand that circumstances may shift following an order placement. However, to maintain the integrity of our logistics chain, we enforce a specific window for cancellations:

• Eligibility: You may cancel your order only before it has entered the shipping phase.
• Timeline: As orders are dispatched after 1 business day of internal processing, cancellation requests must be submitted within this 24-hour window.

VII. Fiscal Restitution via Bank Transfer
