I. Internal Processing Period
Every order placed on our platform undergoes a mandatory internal review. This phase spans 1 business day following the confirmation of your purchase. During this window, our team handles:
- Validation of inventory availability.
- Secure packaging to prevent transit damage.
- Generation of localized shipping manifests.
This 24-hour period is a functional necessity to maintain the integrity of our dispatch system before the parcel enters the physical transit network.
II. Transit and Delivery Windows
Following the internal processing phase, your order is handed over to our local logistics partners. We offer a standardized delivery timeline across all districts in Hong Kong:
- Transit Duration: 1 to 2 business days.
- Total Fulfillment Timeline: 2 to 3 business days from the moment of purchase to arrival at your destination.
These timelines align with Section 6 of the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance, which mandates that services be performed within a reasonable period when a specific fixed date is not otherwise defined.
III. Geographic Scope and Costs
Xavellejade does not maintain international operations. We focus our resources entirely on the local market to ensure efficiency.
- Territorial Restriction: We deliver only to addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
- Service Fees: Delivery is provided completely free of cost for all orders. There are no hidden surcharges or secondary logistical fees added during the checkout process.
IV. User Responsibility: Address Accuracy
To facilitate a seamless delivery, the user must provide a complete and accurate physical address at the point of checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete data can result in logistical delays or failed delivery attempts. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (PDPO), the contact information you provide for shipping, including your phone number and delivery details, is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and is managed according to our established Privacy Policy.

In accordance with Google Ads transparency requirements, we clearly state that the final price displayed at checkout is inclusive of all shipping costs. There are no additional shipping taxes or handling fees applicable to orders within our Hong Kong service area.

We observe the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71), ensuring that our service terms do not unfairly restrict our liability for providing a functional delivery experience.
